ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your on-line order.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Wendelborn is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.  All items are eligible for return unless marked "Final Sale".

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Within the US and Canada:
Send an email to service@wendelborn.com for a RA number.  We will then send you a pre-paid return label.  Returns are free.

Outside the US and Canada:
Send an email to service@wendelborn.com for a RA (return authorization) number.  The customer is then responsible for returning with the carrier of their choice.

Returns will not be accepted if the garments have had tags removed or if they have been damaged.  Additionally, if a return is made without an RA, the return will be sent back to the customer at her expense.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and mailed the next business day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders are processed from New York, NY.
Availability of products is not guaranteed.
